Price comprehensive of: V.A.T, Insurance, campground parking nearby, outdoor shower, bed linen, towels
Pets: Pets are welcome when properly kept, a caution deposit of EUR 50,00 is requested.
Not included: Final cleaning (EUR 60,00) and heating or fan (EUR 15,00/day)
At arrival: Caution deposit of EUR 50,00
To reserve, a deposit of 30% total is requested.
Upon agreement it is possible to place a tent under the pine trees nearby the Cabin (see campground prices).
Only weekly Saturday to Saturday stays from 18/05 until 28/09, different time periods minimum stays of three nights are accepted with surcharge of EUR 80,00.
Water supplied is drinkable, there is a filter jug.

For reservation a deposit by bank draft of 50% total stay is requested.
On site tasting and sale of Farm products such as olive oil and white wine.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
For proved reasons of force majeure, not foreseen at the time of booking, connected to the Corona Virus SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, it will be possible to cancel without cost, up to one week before arrival.
Until 30 days before arrival date, it is possible to cancel the booking without costs
In the case of cancellation for whatever reason between 4 weeks before and arrival date we will keep the total of sent deposit; in case of early departure, will require the payment of 90% of the booked and unused period.
